Happy New Year! This year has brought about changes to my business and life. All is grand on both fronts, but change – they both have.

I am sad but very excited for Hannah. Hannah the keeper of keys and all things Theresa has moved on to new & exciting challenges in the Real Estate world! I am very excited for her and her family. We are still great friends, just not business partners any longer.

What that means for me is new skills to be learned & the hiring of Finally Social. Finally Social is a Social Media & marketing business own & operated in Kirkland. Erin Alexander is the Top Social Butterfly at Finally Social. Erin is a hoot! Her and her team are helping me to get to the next level in my business. What does it mean?
What a difference a week makes. As I wrote this message to you all a week ago, we were at 3.5 months of inventory, today, that number has declined to 1.9 months. Inventory numbers are still well below where they were this time last month. The number of homes that have gone pending so far this month are pretty much flat in comparison to the first 12 days of December.

Broadening the scope a bit, the eastside market’s months of inventory is down 32% month on month.
