February is National Heart Month, Chinese Luna New Year is on Saturday the 10th, Valentines Day is the 14th, Friendship Day is the 14th, President’s Weekend is 17, 18, & 19th. This is also Leap Month! We have an extra day this month!!

Most of you know I belong and go to Greenlake Strength & Conditioning Gym. I have started doing Active Hangs – I can do 3 sets of 30 second active hangs. Why is this cool – well Grip Strength is a way to predict longevity. When I took my longevity “test” it said I should live to around 93 years old! Wheww – gives me more living & helping you buy and sell your homes! Can you see me holding Open Houses at 85 years old with my pink shoes & Hair? I sure can! This is is the Lunar New Year of the Dragon. Fun Fact that 12 years ago on February 28th I landed in Beijing with my kids and Q for our 5 1/2 year adventure in Asia! Chinese New Year is my very favorite celebration! Food, Friends, Family – its an amazing time of year.. Check out all the festivities in the Seattle Metro area – I hope to attend Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) this weekend February 3rd & 4th at th3e Seattle Center Armory. Anyone want to meet up?
